TSW3 Livery Manager is backward compatible with tsw2 files; select the TSW2 tab, above the Library box, and you should see the TSW2 LM files.

idk what "disguised as ICE 3M" is supposed to mean as it is an ICE 3M, and there are no regular ICE 3 with the NS logo.

The Aachen model isn't; hence my wording. Oh and I'm fully aware that none of the ICE 3s carry NS logos; but some of the ICE 3Ms do (along with the DB logo).
