Train types in Germany

Inter City Express ICE are the most popular trains in Germany connecting all key cities. These high-speed trains travel at speeds of up to 320 KmpH (200 Mph).

ICE Sprinter are the newest brand of extra fast ICE trains connecting Germany’s main cities: Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne and Düsseldorf, with no stops in between. Daily business travelers commonly use the ICE Sprinter service, which normally includes an on-board restaurant.

Inter Regional trains connect Germany’s regions. They are slower than the high-speed ICE train service, because they make stops that are more frequent.

Regional Express trains connect regional destinations with larger cities. These trains tend to make frequent stops and often connect with high-speed ICE train hubs.

Regional Bahn trains link all local towns. These trains are generally slower than Regional Express trains.

S-Bahn (suburban trains) are a network of trains (or trams) that operate within most big cities including Berlin, Frankfurt and Hamburg.

Download the enclosed TSW2 SAVE file and move it into your Save Games Folder, located at:
• Documents\My Games\TrainSimWorld2\Saved\SaveGames

Launch TSW2 and navigate to the SKA Train Route - Tools Tab - Scenario Designer. Here you can view, edit and play the custom scenario -
