This is a small foolery of mine. Don't expect anything great.
Does what it says; if installed, the ICE T will make the sounds of an ICE 3.
Sounds do not come with this mod, it only replaces the Sound Cue. You will have to install my ICE 3 Soundmod to make it work as expected.

Drop the .pak into your DLC folder, found under the following path:

The 403 and 406 sound mod is excellent! I played around with the loading order of the this one by adding ! marks at the beginning, but I can't get it to work for the 411. I will star it so that I get notified if it changes. Thank you for trying this!
I am not sure if it's fixable, but this mod, as it's just a silly joke, doesn't have any higher priority anyway.
