How to Install:

1. Extract the zip to the location of your choosing

2. Copy the Assets folder inside and paste into your Railworks Directory

3. Copy Assets\AP_Waggonz\Class90Pack\RailVehicles\Class90\RFFL\Class 90.GEOPCDX

4. Paste in Assets\AP_Waggonz\Class90Pack\RailVehicles\Class90\Dutch

That should be it!
