[F777] Im Köblitzer Bergland 4

Here it is, the work of several years has finally been completed! There are a lot of changes compared to IKB3.5 (https://rail-sim.de/forum/filebase/entry/9152-f777-im-koeblitzer-bergland-3-5-v3-0-1/), everything is in the manual.

In short, this is: signalling and catenary rework, new SFS branch, new vegetation, but you will find out more in the manual!

An important note is now not just an improvement of the default route while maintaining the functionality of the scenarios, but a clone for which new scenarios are needed. Not all scenarios for the old route will be able to be launched by simply transferring files to a new folder, you may have to rebuild some routing rules, etc. I have included two scenarios with the route, I hope the scenariobuilders will enjoy working with my route upgrade, I am open to suggestions for further improvements.
