Take an empty coal drag up the NS Coal District stopping at Waynesburg. Meeting many loaded coal drags on the way.

Installation Instructions
Use Utilities.exe to install (SteamLiberary/steamapps/common/RailWorks/Utilities.exe)
Then package manager, Refresh, Install, select the .zip, and the .rwp. You are done!
