Additionally, these scenarios require a large amount of freeware rolling stock which is specified in the scenario manual

Installation Instructions

Drag the “assets” and “content” folder into your railworks directory. The Assets folder includes patches to make the ABstudios rolling stock function with the searchlight EOTD and a scenario portal.

Additional Comments

Some of the required freeware is no longer officially available, however the wayback machine links to the downloads still work
Also, the required pathing in the first scenario isn't obvious, line the switches like this:
