Quick Drive Weather update patch

This update replaces the weather fronts in Quick Drive as well as all RSC
routes in Train Simulator. This was made possible by the weather pack from
Armstrong Powerhouse and German Local from the IKB4 track.
Benefits: It saves your CPU and the FPS drops are a thing of the past.
to. The standard 3D weather looks on the one hand unrealistic and on the other hand
other it eats up the FPS on DTG tracks.

The weather fronts:

• clear weather: cloudless
• cloudy weather: partly sunny
• rainy weather: rain showers (different)
• overcast weather: gray clouds, about 90% clouds
• stormy weather: thunderstorms with lightning and thunder
• foggy weather: dense fog thawing to clear
• snowfall weather: fogless snowfall, overcast sky
