DT GWR Railcar General Patch

A simple patch that fixes some features of the DT GWR Railcar pack which will enhance the overall experience
-Added Passview for twinset railcars
-Separated double note horn (key Space & B)
-Moved guard signal to key C
-Added New bogie sound (REQUIRES DTG Exeter-Kingwear)
-Fixed rear cab wiper not wiping rain
-Fixed parcel car's Passview does not have geometry
-Added missing bogie sound for chococream parcel car
-Fixed wrong sound used when coupling/uncoupling
