Class 395 Remapped Controls

A small patch to change some of the odd stock controls of the class 395 to match what is more commonly used.

Changed Controls:
DVD Reset: Numpad Enter --> E
DRA: K --> Y
Nose Coupling Hatch: B --> N
Horn High: Spacebar --> B
Horn Low: Shft+Spacebar --> Spacebar
