[SLTS] FWA AUTONUMBER PATCH (for Container Flat Improvement Pack)

I have been made aware of an issue with the numbering on the FWAs in my Container Flat Improvements pack. It's a missing file from the download. This is the missing file. The pack will be updated soon with a few other fixes I'm working on.

Copy the file into Assets\AP_Waggonz\Class90Pack02\RailVehicles\FWA\Autonumber
