UK Platform Texture Patches

This patch will update the the old generic platform textures as seen in older DTG/RSC routes.

The current supported routes are:
Chatham Main Line
Chatham Main & Medway Valley
GEML London Ipswich
Liverpool to Manchester
London to Brighton
London to Faversham
North London Line
South London Network
