WCML Northwest and Scotland, Over Shap Track Texture Change (FIXED)

This allows a more realistic texture change for the WCML Over Shap from Grey to Brown using the WCML2 Textures, this only works in the WCML Northwest and Scotland route

INSTALLATION: Simply add the Content folder into the Railworks Folder and for whatever reason when testing i had to keep installing the AP Track Pack so i recommend to do so after installing the patch
