Western Mainlines Electrification Project Scenery Patch

This small patch basically enhances the trackside scenery on JT Western Mainlines, which is deemed to be lacking in the past few years and is not up to current modern day standards. This patch only goes as far as Reading from Paddington at the moment, but later versions will extend it to Didcot, Oxford, Swindon and beyond.
