Berkshire mod patch on Fan railer mod

This is a patch for the Fan Railer Berkshire mod. So I am sure people are aware or not the bell doesn't work when installing it. After several attempts of fixing it, i found a solution. So for some reason there was a line that was incorrect on the proxyxml that is cuasing the bell to not sound. After fixing around that, it works. So this is just a patch for this. Of course you need the fan railer Berkshire mod for this.
