ATS Class 185 DX12 Announcement Patch

Description

Updates the announcement plugin to recognise DirectX12. Point the installer to your Railworks\Plugins folder, not just Railworks.

This patch contains only the changes made, no ATS files are distributed with this patch, and ATS will not offer any support for the patch

Installation Instructions

Point the installer to your Railworks\Plugins folder, not just Railworks.

After that just run the plugin as normal and that's all there is to it!
