This is a texture and sound upgrade to the Amtrak ACS-64 locomotive and its Amfleet I cars from the Washington DC-Baltimore route and the New York-New Haven route. You can buy them here:

Requirements

Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor: It is a crown jewel of American railroading. And the bustling southern portion of the “NEC” – from Baltimore, Maryland, to America’s capital city – now comes to Train Simulator!
Installation Instructions
Go to your Rail Works directory.
(Typically: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks).Drop the "Assets" folder in the directory.
Make sure that you set "Ambient Occlusion" to, at least, the "Low" setting (Preferably "Dynamic").
And that’s ALL you have to do.

From which route are those Amfleets? The sim cannot find the textures for the marker lights. That would happen if you tried to install the pack or the coaches in a route other than Washington DC-Baltimore or New York-New Haven.
Terrific Pack but i am having the same issue as the other poster! It is indeed installed in the WDC- Baltimore route

It's ok. I asked on which route you were trying to use this pack because the screenshot you provided is not from either of the required routes. If you bought one or both of them, dropping the "Assets" folder into the Railworks directory should work.
the horn is the same as the p42 miami

this completely breaks my acs-64, it just makes no sound and hisses randomly
I'm sorry to hear that. When you drop the "Assets" folder into the "RailWorks" folder, If asked to replace files click yes.

Yes, drop the "Assets" folder into the "RailWorks" folder. Everything should fall into place.
I can't remove the mod...
The default files are inside an ap. file. Just removed the folders from this pack and you're back to the default locomotive and cars.
