Fife Circle Class 68 Enhancements

My first mod as a newbie to TSC. Seeing as how the standalone Class 68 DLC got all the love with the AP pack, I decided to add a few 'fixes' to make this engine more enjoyable to drive.

• Train Brake lever fix - can hold in spring-loaded set/release position to add/remove braking. Sits in HOLD position by default. Emergency position removed, use big red button. Texture altered.
• Direct Engine Brake - holds in all positions, not spring loaded to center.
• 4-position wiper switch - V and Shift-V cycles through wiper positions.
• Train Length button press - Key 'K'.
• Slightly less noise occlusion in cab - louder horn etc.
• Louder throttle notches and some switches.
• Slightly stronger brakes
