RCAP - CROR Signal System

The Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR) govern the operation of trains in Canada, providing a standardized set of signals and procedures to ensure safe and efficient railway operations across the country. The signal system under CROR is designed to communicate critical information to train crews, allowing them to respond to various operational scenarios such as track conditions, speed limits, and upcoming signals.

These models are based off of the RCAP Asset Community Pack. These covers most aspects as CN and CPKC has their own special variants. I've only done the CPKC one because it's common.

I could've added the restricting signal to the intermediates but I had a feeling some might react wrong towards it or complaining why I didn't display "Stop" then "Restricting"
