Providence and Worcester 3909 RS3K

My very first horn for TSC, an RS3K taken from PW3909. This can be used with any locomotive you wish, just edit the locomotive's horn sound files and replace the default directory with: DAP\RS3K_ProvidenceWorcester3909\RS3K_HornControl
