Installation Instructions
You need to have 7 Zip for putted this horn go to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\PacificSurfliner\PacificSurflinerAssets.ap\Audio\RailVehicles\Passenger\CaliCar\Cab is call CabCar_HornControl.proxyml and you need to copy my notepad of my folder calls CabCar_HornControl you extract my notepad into the another CabCar_HornControl into inside the cab and thats it! Have a very Good Day! Enjoy!

it doesn't let me get into PacificSurflinerAssets.ap do you know what the problem is?
If you press on PacificSurflinerAssets.ap file it will ask you what program you want to open and click 7-zip
