(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\PacificSurfliner\PacificSurflinerAssets.ap\Audio\RailVehicles\Passenger\CaliCar\Cab is call CabCar_HornControl.proxyml and you need to copy my notepad of my folder calls CabCar_HornControl you extract my notepad into the another CabCar_HornControl into inside the cab and thats it!
