(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\PacificSurfliner\PacificSurflinerAssets.ap\Audio\RailVehicles\Passenger\CaliCar\Cab is call CabCar_HornControl.proxyml and you need to copy my notepad of my folder calls CabCar_HornControl you extract my notepad into the another CabCar_HornControl into inside the cab and thats it! Have a very Good Day! Enjoy!

For me i cant open the file as a file but as notes and idk how to change it
Mmmmmmmmm mayble because you dont have the WinRAR bro you need to have it for open or you can open with 7-Zip and thats so rare that you can change it, is because you just need to extract the CabCar_HornControl into the Pacific Surfliner
I just got 7 zip but when i try to use my horn its quiet
like there is no sound
mmmmmmmmm maybe because you put a bad name of the K5LA on the notepad, try to look the notepad and pls let me know if all the names of the sounds files are correct bro, becuse if not, i can change it
all of the names are correct, i followed all instructions, but there is still no sound

oh yea one more thing, i copy and pasted it into the default notepad file but when i save it creates a whole new file instead of saving it to the one thats already there
