Firstable man im not american i am a Mexican and im still practicing right now my english, and second its not my fault if you dont understand the instructions i already explain you and theres a example so, follow carefully the instructions and PLEASE PLEASE, see carefully man and thats it, and i dont know why is doesnt put the quill, and dont question if theres a quill open the file and youre gonna see, y si no entendiste compadre ni modo es tu problema no es el mio, you have my file well youre gonna open the file and then youre gonna copy my ASSETS file and then your gonna paste in inside of the Railworks carpet and then you have a notepad on my horn of the AMTK_6900_K5LA well the notepad calls CabCar_HornControl and then you need open this Assets\RSC\PacificSurfliner\PacificSurflinerAssets.ap\Audio\RailVehicles\Passenger\CaliCar\Cab i recommed you to have 7-Zip for this and then you extract my notepad and you putted into inside of the Cab.
