Install the https://www.trainsimcommunity.com/mods/c1-train-sim-classic/c94-sounds/c14-horns-bells-and-whistles/i2779-nj-transit-gp40ph-2b-4201-k5la-tru-rail-light-enhancement into your game,
Go to D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\DTG\GP40PHPack01\Audio\RailVehicles\Diesel\GP40PH\Cab (or whatever drive your steam is in) and paste my audio clips into there; again, you MUST have the 4201 K5LA and Light Enhancement installed before this step.
