Big Boy 4014 Whistles (WIP)

My first time trying to mod in some sounds, these whistles from 4014 were recorded my Mike Armstrong (CoasterFan2105), I hope to update this soon with some additional features like pitch shifting

Installation Instructions

Unzip the file, then paste the Stereo and Mono folders into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\Smokebox\UP4000\Audio\RailVehicles\Steam\BB\SoundBites
