EMD F45 sound fix

Description

This mod replaces the incorrect 16-645E3 sounds with the 20-645E3 engine sounds for the ATSF F45 included with the Arizona Divide route.

Requirements

Arizona Divide Route add-on.

Installation Instructions

Put the given Railvehicles file in Assets\JL\Arizona Divide. Simple
