AP Class 321 Sound Fixes + Small Improvements

Description

This improves the implementation of the sounds on the AP Class 321 and has a few other changes to make the train more consistent with newer AP packs.

Features:

Consistent traction motor pitch curves
AWS alarm has a lower pitch
Cab camera is tilted slightly downwards
High FOV cab camera and in-game driving options menu were removed
Cab occlusion is quieter
Secondmans headout camera replaced with bogie camera
New flange squeal sounds
New brake squeal sounds
New joint sounds
InputMappers have been changed to be more in line with newer AP packs

New InputMappers:

DRA: Y
Door operation toggle: Control+R
DSD isolation: Control+D
Master key: Shift+W
Saloon lights on: M
Saloon lights off: Shift+M
