USB - Previous Berliner Fenster Fallback Layer

Description
Changes the fallback layer of the Berliner Fenster display to the previous version, which was an advertisement for BVG's Fahrinfo-App.
This currently affects the following vehicles:
- F74E
- F76E
- H97/01

- Changed the Berliner Fenster's fallback layer image to the previously used one, before its renewal
