Wonders of Sodor - Wellsworth Shunting Challenge Restored WIP

This mod attempts to restore the Wellsworth Shunting Challenge that was cut from the final release. I say attempt as i'm pretty new to modding and there's some kinks I haven't been able to work out. Currently the cutscene camera will not trigger upon starting the mission, the progress tracker won't show up, and this will remove the Knapford Challenge from the mission list but other than those issues the challenge is fully playable.
