DB BR 612(.4) IC "ICE-Light"

Aufgrund vieler ausgefallener ICE-TD (BR 605 / ICE mit Dieselantrieb und Neigetechnik) Entschloss sich die DB ab Dezember 2003, bis August 2004, als Kostengünstigeren Ersatz 16 Triebwagen der Baureihe 612 umzulackieren und diese als Intercity (IC) Züge zwischen Dresden und Nürnberg fahren zu lassen.
Die einzigen Änderungen an diesen Zügen war die äußere Umlackierung in Weiß mit Rotem Streifen, um die Zugehörigkeit zum DB-Fernverkehr zu verdeutlichen, welches das seit 2001 gültige Farbschema für den IC/ICE Verkehr ist, Platzreservierungen, Kopf-Schonbezüge und eine Bordversorgung. Zusätzlich erhielten diese Triebfahrzeuge die Betriebsnummer 612.4 (612 4xx-x).
An der Zulassung für 160 Km/h hat sich nichts geändert.

Schnell wurden diese Züge im Volksmund "ICE-Light" oder "Mogel-ICE" genannt.

Due to many failed ICE-TD (BR 605 / ICE with diesel drive and tilting technology), the DB decided from December 2003 to August 2004 to repaint 16 series 612 railcars as a cheaper replacement and run them as Intercity (IC) trains between Dresden and Nuremberg allow.
The only changes to these trains were the exterior repainting in white with a red stripe to indicate the affiliation with DB long-distance traffic, which is the color scheme for IC/ICE traffic that has been in effect since 2001, seat reservations, protective head covers and an on-board supply. • Download the Skin
• Import the Skin-file with the Livery Manager in the game
• Now the skin shows up in the Skinlist for youre BR 612

Changes:
-15.01.2022: Smaller DB-Logo, Relocate and add a no smoking Sign to the 2. Passengerclass Logo, add a skinversion with Company Number 612.477*, small details added and change.

*with this version you see several Trains with the same company number 612 477.
