Description

CRH 3C 'HeXie' was the Locolized version of ICE3 with a 70% localization at the final stage of production. The first Locolized Set hit 394.3kph on Beijing–Tianjin intercity railway's testing. With a service speed at 350kph it was the fastest among the world in 2008.
