As KCR changed from a Department to Corporation together with the electrification, these units seems outdated. However, KCR realise these carriage are still useful and decided to refurbrish it with a new livery same as KCR DMU Metro Cammell 'Sprinter' (WCL Class 150 Livery
This time all the livery are having some sort of warning panel, but their looking will be quite different. Some might like the White Body+Zebra for it's cleaness, while some might want to use the Wasp version as it looks slightly closer to a BR Yellow Warning Panel. But in that case, one might most interested in the final version, which looks exactly same as the actualy KCR livery in 1980s.
