This mod significantly reduces the flare size over the oversized and unrealistic default looking lens flare, and replaces it with something a lot more realistic, whilst still maintaining a subtle and natural flare for visibility. As you can see, you will still be able to see the signals in all weather conditions, at any time of the day and in any season, as shown below in the screenshots.
This mod is applicable to ALL TSW and TSW 2 routes, and will automatically apply to new route which get released for TSW 2.

Installation Instructions
Please delete the older TS2Prototype-smallerlensflare.pak mod before installing this one
Simply drag the pak to: ...steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC

This mod has now been updated, to remove faint checkerboard style texture behind the flare.

Vraiment excellent, ce MOD change totalement, de façon réaliste, la conduite dans le sens ou dans certains pays comme l'Allemagne, le faisceau d'un signal est plus délicat a repérer, ce qui demande + de concentration de notre part, franchement j'adore car de base les signaux étaient trop lumineux.

Hey is there a way to make my locos headlights yellow like how they were on the first TSW?
Its like they added the flares to the wrong things, the signals but not the headlights. Can we have a mod for more pronounced headlight flares at some point?
