MBTA CTC-3 Cabcar Ditchlight Relay Mute

Description

This mod fixes the high pitch "whining" noise that comes from the ditchlight relays in the CTC-3 cab car. While realistic, the noise is very annoying so this mod mutes the noise from playing for those who don't like it.
