This mod enables a more authentic horn combination sound than the deafult source.
Note in order to have this combination Ive assigned preset combinations to play with high and low keys. For best result hold key down firmly until 2 tone has played out.
*Update 12/6/22 Now in addition to Horn replacement there are modifications to the Engine, bogies, and Cab.
*Update 26/6/22 DBS 66 Has changes Engine sounds, Reverser and throttle lever tweaks, Brake release and interior rattles. For GWE66 only (for now).
Requirements
GWE and ECW dlc depending on which 66 you use.
Installation Instructions
Insert the pak file into your DLC folder.
Additional Comments
ecw 66 is Eastcoastway DLC
DBS 66 is GWE DLC
Added a test file, more prominent Ying ying at low power, higher fan volume, lower horn volume.

To do that I would have to use the conventional fade in - loop-fade out method. In my experience so far especially with the 66. I might get good sound compared to what we’ve been used to in TSW but would never have the same punch that a genuine air horn provides.

This comment was written for a prior version of this page.OK, I've downloaded both of these mods - the GWE 66 has a nice punchy loudness to the horn, the ECW 66 is playing at almost half-volume. Did I do something wrong on my end?
This comment was written for a prior version of this page.I doubt you will have done anything wrong with installation. It would either work or not. I’ll give it a whirl tonight.
This comment was written for a prior version of this page.Hi , just played it. Outside the Cab it sounds the same level as the GWE one. Inside the Cab it may be quieter. My guess is this is an occlusion setting in the ECW version that was later added as an upgrade.
This comment was written for a prior version of this page.I'm getting both the inside & outside lower on ECW. Not you fault, though!
This comment was written for a prior version of this page.OK, not sure if I'm doing anything wrong again, or if it's another mod confilict, but there is NO throttle-up or down sounds either in the cab or via external view with the new sounds added today. Doesn't sound like this at all: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BaI1F9QUrNY

This comment was written for a prior version of this page.I am with my Destiny 2 clan, but that link is broken. There is no 'ying-ying' at all, even at idle. I was super-hyped when I saw this, because you spoiled us with the Class 37 packs...
This comment was written for a prior version of this page.If time I’ll do a louder ying version for you to try.
This comment was written for a prior version of this page.W2SJW Added a file for you to try out "TS2Prototype-yingtest....", hopefully addresses your issues.
This comment was written for a prior version of this page.I can hear the 'ying' just fine in this test version, but the engine under load just sounds like a distant 'wirrrr', both inside & out. There's no turbo whine or anything. Thank you for making the test, though!

Why not just put the High tone as a 66 high tone and the low as a 66 low tone
