This is one of my scenarios for East coast mainline route.
Please Note!!! There is a part of scenario that includes interaction when this occurs ensure mouse is visiable with right mouse click else progression may not be possible.
Updated Scenario and common Libary -
- Hopefully fixed issue with Wait for Driver, driver should now spawn.
If something doesn't work right please comment on here so I can look into it.

Take the Pak and put into DLC folder - Train Sim World 4\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC

Note for all you will need both paks, if you already have common libary one, it can be overwritten.
Amazing scenario, I love the intro with the car.
One thing I noticed is that at the start of the scenario, you are being told to put the reverser in Neutral, I don't know too much about british trains, however I don't think it's supposed to stay on Neutral as I also switched it to Forward.
so you put it in neutral when at a stand at station. then when moving off you put to forward.
Game crashes after starting the Scenario :(. Got both paks in my Dlc folder. I got TSW on Epic. May that be the problem?
arrr it might be. I can't test with Epic as I have TSW 4 on steam
every time i open the scenario, it instantly crashes to desktop. i am using steam so i don't know if it is the same as the above issue
Have you downloaded both packs and put both into your DLC folder ?
Also, do you own Midland Mainline route and the route where Class 66 lives and HKA and JKA wagons ?
someone above has had a crash but then others aren't and the person somewhere about that had a crash has the DLC so
any chance you can send me your log files when it crashes. Prob won't tell me anything useful but
ahh i don't own the GWE route so i don't have the HKA wagons, that must be the problem. thank you :)
arrr might be, I thought I put them on a layer unless a sneaky stabled one or two are still on my main layer in the timetable
I do think adding a Requirements section to the description would be helpful Had I not read the Q&A, I wouldn't have imagined Midland Main Line was necessary for this to work.
(While I love the idea of a public editor, I fear we may start crawling into TSC/Steam Workshop levels of nested dependencies).
So the only requirement needed is the Class 80x which comes with the route. The other vehicles are in layers so if you don't own that it won't spawn so the crashes seem to be with something else going on which I can't see as I'm not getting the crashes on my end.

it was something that I may use in future scenarios. Did you manage to play full scenario without any issues and everything worked as should ?
Do i need both Pak files or just the Scensrios.Pak?

yh i realised i needed both after i was flying through the air with only scenario.pak. finally completed and was a good scenario some pros & cons. I love the idea of the car intro and the phone (even though i never had to use?) and the use of more frieght in the day (dtg thinks freight moves only happen at night) although i didnt see where the frieght delay was. Also at the end i had to use (godmode mod) to finish as it just said 'wait for driver' and he just stood at end of platform and the unlock doors at staff room?. overall great scenario, cant wait for more stock to be made (from modders or dtg) to spice up ecml ie 225,XC voyager,TPE
Do you own the Class 66 and I think it's the HKA wagons, further past Retford there's on derailed and some further down.
Yeah I've been made aware of an issue where the NPC Driver doesn't seem to either get set to right location to begin the walk or breaks. I've corrected this in a new version of the scenario. Just testing it now :).
yh i own the 66 and hka wagonss. i didnt see tthe derailed train if there is one to see ( i wasnt looking for one tbf) i have the 66 at the start which delays you for about 30 seconds, is this the one your mean? idk why for me i thought of the delayed frieght as in being stuck behind it all the way/partially up the route.
also does the phone do anything yet, only thing i noticed was the message it gives and the number pad to call someone but no signaler called it about the delay/derail so idk
like i say its a cool scenario and im not critising what so ever lol :) , il try it again with the new version at some point
So just after retford station there is on blocking on set of points and further up there's a freight formation blocking the other set of points. At least when I've designed it there should be.
The phone thing is bit pointless for now until I have bit more of a use for it I'll prob not use it tbf.
I completely agree with critise, tbf it's only way people will improve. 57x off have downloaded the scenario but I can bet not that many will have raised the issues with as you have noticed the wait for driver well none turn up. Also, the phone thing being confusing on why it's there.
I'll be pushing an updated version tonight so feel free to redownload and give it another go if you want to after I've updated the files. :)
so i just finished the updated version and kept an eye for the derail pretty cool to see and the driver works fine now walking up to the train to give the next objectives without needing to use godmode mod. The only issue i still found was the very last objective is (unock doors) i still didnt understand this one, i ran back over to train and unlocked a singular door and it started working. (is this objective in the wrong order and walk to staff room should be last?)
And on the critsising i wouldnt call it that so to say. i would call it constructive critisism which to me is alot different to critisism. ie critisism is like saying (its broken,bad, wasted my time, its wrong, i didnt like it) construtive is like (liked it, few issues. il test more, etc) for me critisism is hate talk and constructive is away to help that person learn or fix respectfully.
wish i could make a scenario not a clue how. be nice to see some more interesting scenarios from you :)

also yeah I agree the constructive is always better to do cause it's opening up then for info and useful information to go between :).
i want to try do a scenario myself but ive never done it so not a clue how to never used ue4 before. even with a tutorial it looks overwhelming, i went to start but cant get the Peterdonny map to load so idk. il keep trying and hopefully soon i can make my own
Yeah it can be overwelming and to be fair when you make a scenario and stuff and then it gets crashes. Yeah not easy
I wanted to do a P'boroDonn route but the map never loads so opted for GWE and Yh i had it crash once and lost a file too. i decided to just start all over again (only wasted about an hour). 1 Question i have as the tutorial dont really help on this part
How do i get the SimTT.bat to become a Batch File?? it stays as a text document for me and there for i cant test to see if it works so now im stuck.
only other problem i have is how to get from the slow line onto the fast line back to the slow line further down , but il figure this out on my own hopefully or scenarios dead lool
enable files to show their extension and then change .txt to .bat
