Description
A quick mod that alters the track rules on New York - Trenton to switch 25 kV 60 Hz to 12 kV 25 Hz. This should affect the train physics such as acceleration and top speed
This seems to work for most of the route, but as you approach New York Penn and go east the electrification remains unchanged. I'm not sure how to fix that
Also, if any parts are supposed to be 25 kV they will get changed also, I don't know how to only change certain sections of track

Installation Instructions
Put MJKCP_TrackRuleMod_NYT_12kV.pak in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 6\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC' folder (modify path as appropriate).

Yesss!!!!! Thank you so much. The Arrow III, ALP-45, and (Morristown) 46 do have differences in tractive effort based on voltage. The 45s were way too powerful on NY-Trenton (because of the false 25Kv track rule).
