TSW RailDriver UK Remapping

Description
This mods contains the RailDriver Remapping for UK vehicles in Train Sim World.
Now this mods support Diesel and Electric Locomotives (Class 08 to Class 90).
To check every available locomotives and my roadmap, check my Github repo: https://github.com/FreddyYJ/TSW-RailDriver-Remap.
These mods are tested with Train Sim World 6 and "TSW Raildriver And Joystick Interface v2" made by CobraOne.
However, it may compatible with lower TSW, but I do not guarantee.
Several mappings refer to Roman72's RailDriver Remapping.
The key mappings are stored in raildriver-UK-Remapped.docx in attached file.
You may print out them, cut and put on your RailDriver.
I attached every individual pak files.
If you want a single zip file which contains every pak files, please check "Release" in my Github repo.
Controls
Check the attached image to see about lever and knob controls.

Issue
Some of the buttons in key mapping may not work for some locomotives.
Again, I'm welcome to fix them by yourselves!
