set the minimum wait time for the load/unload instructions in the BR 101 Expert-Layer to 30 seconds
fixed the D 249 Portal service
improved train sequence for a few trains
improved stop markers

when driving from n-Wagen or Intercity cab car, the loco (BR 111/218 or 101) is set in KWS or ZWS automatically
changed the formation used by D 248 and D 249
the RB31 AI-service does now end as expected (instead of blocking the track forever)
