ECW Onboard Announcements Pack

Overview

This mod adds the real onboard announcements to the following trains that are driveable on the East Coastway route:

• Class 377/4
• Class 313
• Class 171 (/7 and /8)
• Class 377/3

Features

• Approaching, arrival and departing announcements on every train
• Support for timetabled services
• Special simplified announcements on the Class 313, along with a special muffled effect

Future Plans

• Full support for scenarios

Timetables

This mod is compatible with the following timetables:

• East Coastway 2020
• East Coastway 2020 (Class 313)
• East Coastway 2018
• East Coastway (Class 377/3)

Make sure to read Installation Instructions, so you know what files to install based on what DLCs you have installed!

Known Issues and Notes

• Departing announcements at the start of services may sometimes not play
• Some announcements may be slightly inaccurate to current ones (London Road, Brighton vs London Road)
• There are Go Via markers currently used on the 2018 timetables; these may cause issues with announcements (core issue, also happens with the AI ones)

Missing Stations

All stations accessible on the route have announcement fragments corresponding to them. However, some stations that trains may continue to beyond the East Coastway route are missing announcement fragments. You may read the list below:

If you have high-quality versions of these announcements available, or any better quality announcements than some already used in this mod, please contact me on this page! Make sure that, if you've found them from someone else, they give adequate permission for these to be used, or they state anywhere that they can be used for personal use.
