Cumberland Mine SD40-2

This is a reskin of the CSX SD40-2 to replicate the Cumberland Mine #1 locomotive as close as possible. The Cumberland Mine is a completely enclosed private mine railroad located in SW Pennsylvania, right on the border to West Virginia.
