class 483 new island line livery

modern island line livery under british rail. i took some screenshots before i realiseds that the accebility markings were missing, i added them and here it is, my final(ish) product.
you may notice that the livery is acemetrical, it's to be more true to life, it took me time to figure it out but once i figured it out, it was easy. have fun with it
