142009, carrying the Pacer version of the old GMPTE orange & brown "Jaffa Cake" livery. This reskin is colour matched to the Just Trains version of the same livery.

The layers issue seems to have been resolved. To be on the safe side, I'd advise removing the old one, before installing the fixed version.

You're not alone in having this issue and it seems to be a problem with the Livery Manager. The reskin is also currently available from Creators Club and I suggest removing and reinstalling it from there...
