KCR Engineering Ballast Wagon (SPG Gondola Livery)

Description

KCR needed to use these ballast wagon as the majority of it's lines expect a few part on flyover bridges use ballast as base. This version is for the common Gondola on SPG.
Updated with Muff's Logo Pack.
Compare with the 3 Bay Hopper, this one does NOT have extra logo on left side of the body.
