[Semi Fic] KCR Light Rail 1997s '2nd Generation' 1071 (BR 423 Livery)

KCR has a light rail system since 1988 at North-West of Hong Kong with 68 stations, top speed 70kph and 3/5 generation of LRT vehicles (3 in KCR period, another 2 in MTR period).
This livery was inspired by the 2nd Generation LRT build by Kawasaki, 1071 is the 1st out of 30 set.
The 2nd Gen here is not only meaning the carriage itself, but also meaning the livery's generation---the 1st generation livery is a plain white/orange livery while the 2nd gen unify with the heavy rail livery of KCR.
In real life, the LRTs run in max of 2 carriage with 1 powered and 1 trailer, in game, a 4 carriage set with 1071-1201(Trailer)-1202-1072 was build.
