This will provide a LMC Class 47 in a dirtier BR Blue livery with Black marker surround and window grime.
Having another standout Class 47 running on Bpool branches was my primary motivation for doing this.
The Class 45 will appear with a metallic trim around the cab windows.

I'm still learning the ropes here. If I have Blackpool Branches and NTP, I will be able to add this reskin on the 47/4? My pre-skin version of the Rail Blue already looks dirty like yours is.
