Class 86259 "Les Ross" / "Peter Pan"

This mod adds 86259 in its current state with modernised BR Electric Blue livery.
Available for both free roam and scenario designer. (Currently untested)
Free roam formations with Empty and Loaded versions of JT BR Blue Mk2f's and Flying Scotsman Maroon Mk2a's
The BR Blue Mk2f coaches have been updated to feature static interlock lights, updated OHL warning stickers and a modern tail lamp.
A static GSM-R has been placed in the cab to represent a more modern version of the 86.
Also comes with an aditional camera view in the cab inspired from this video.

Known Bugs:

• The british rail emblem looks weird at some angles. (Due to it being 2D)
• The GSM-R screen isn't visible when the train is in the dark
• The nameplates sometimes start clipping into the train body when viewed from a distance.
