HKA in ex National Power Livery

This mod will change the DB Red HKA into a DB unbranded National Power blue/red stripe livery.
The number decal is added outside of regular decals so Ive added some clean marks to try and make the contrast between that and a worn wagon more subtle.
Note as with any of my reskins, I would love to see them added as extra layers, as yet Im still to figure this out. However, anyone with knowledge of modding has my full permission to do as they wish with any of my mods including re releasing if they feel it adds to everyones experience.
