Westbahn Flirt (Semi-Fictional)

Welcome to the Westbahn 918 to Salzburg Hbf...

This is a (fictional) livery, made in the PC Editor for the RABe 523 "Flirt I" which now represents a Westbahn-Flirt in order to get atleast any kind of Westbahn into the game for more realistic services variety across Austrian and German routes.

The Westbahn is a private company which started on their base route Vienna-Salzburg back in 2011 and became an international passenger service company which already operates up to Munich/Stuttgart and Bregenz.

The train can be used in Free Roam for example on Salzburg-Rosenheim, S-Bahn Vorarlberg or Munich-Augsburg to recrate original services.

If you're building a timetable mod which would need the Westbahn, please tell me via Discord or DTG Forums. I will send you the original files for that.

Installation & Use Instructions

Download the file and put into your DLC-folder where you put in Mods as usual - then, you're ready to use it in Free Roam. Is this train once in timetable, it will be selectable there.

Known Issues

• The doors from the 4th wagon optically don't open, although their model does.
• Female driver characters stand in the cab, this is a bug already existing on the original Flirt.
• The pantograph may not work everytime.
